As a SAP Service Delivery and Transition (Tech Ops) Senior Manager at EY, you will be part of a fast-moving, high-growth area with significant potential. Your role involves spearheading the management and coordination of various SAP functional modules and IT governance activities within the support organization. Here are the details of your role:**Role Overview:**You will be responsible for managing the handover and ongoing support of SAP systems, such as S/4HANA, from implementation to operations. Your focus will be on smooth transitions, performance improvement, and alignment with business needs. Your leadership will be crucial in overseeing project delivery, client relations, team management, budget adherence, and SLA compliance.**Key Responsibilities:**- Develop methodologies, tools, and accelerators to differentiate EY in the ERP advisory market- Manage handover and ongoing support of SAP systems, ensuring smooth transitions and alignment with business needs- Lead a diverse team in transitioning to new systems and processes- Develop and implement effective transition plans, collaborating with cross-functional teams- Monitor and report on transition progress, identifying areas for improvement- Manage resolution of incidents promptly, ensuring service restoration and communication with end-users- Establish the SAP Center of Excellence, define processes, assemble the team, and align with strategic objectives- Develop comprehensive policies and procedures for SAP operations, ensuring adherence to industry best practices- Define, track, and manage key performance indicators for the SAP CoE and functional modules- Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance management to a diverse team of SAP analysts- Collaborate with business stakeholders to align SAP strategies with business goals- Lead SAP projects ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and effective resource allocation- Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and enhancement of SAP functionalities**Qualifications Required:**- Bachelors or Masters degree with a minimum of 15 years of related work experience- Degree in computer science, accounting, finance, or related field; MBA or Business Undergraduate degree preferred- SAP certification/s highly preferred- Excellent leadership and people management skills with a track record of leading diverse teams for at least 7 years- 7-10 years of experience working with SAP modules such as FICO, SD, MM, PM, PS, ABAP, Basis, Transition Lead, and Project Manager- ITIL certification required- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholdersAt EY, we are looking for passionate leaders who stay updated on technology consulting trends and are dedicated to helping businesses achieve their IT strategy.
