Job Description

    Job Responsibilities:
    • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and clients to promote our products/services.
    • Identify and assess customer needs to provide appropriate solutions or information.
    • Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to potential customers.
    • Maintain a high level of professionalism and product knowledge during all interactions.
    • Handle customer objections and provide suitable responses to maximize sales opportunities.
    • Keep accurate and detailed records of calls made and outcomes achieved.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
    • Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
    Requirements:
    • Proven work experience as a Tele Calling Executive or similar role.
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Ability to engage customers and build rapport over the phone.
    • Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
    • Basic computer skills and proficiency in using CRM software.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
    • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and a team player.
    • should know the telgu tamil and kannada language
    Education and Qualifications:
    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • Additional certifications or relevant qualifications will be an advantage.
