Job Description

Dear Candidate,We are hiring for the position ofAssociate/Senior Associate -(NonTechnical) international Voice process for handling customers.

Candidate will be entitled with Online Leads of Interested customers.
Candidate will have to make call to Interested customers.
Explain the product details/offers/benefits to the customers.
Convert interested customers into sale & guide to make online payment.
Candidate will have to manage the team.
Prepare monthly reports and provide and effective recap of previous year performance and review same.
Design various innovative marketing strategies to increase sales for all product launches.
Maintain all activities related to product marketing and provide support to sales and establish effective marketing communication.
