Schedule and conduct weekly sales meetings and achieving targets Network with corporate, HNI other clients for project marketing sales. Regular follow-up with customers for sales. Payment collection as per the guidelines. Prepare MIS Report on monthly basis. To meet sales targets as laid down from time to time. To take up sales promotional activities as per requirement. Generate Enquiry. Follow up all enquiry report to HO. Plan implement Marketing Strategy including online and offline campaigns. PR, Organizing exhibitions Special sales promotional events. Plan carrying out sale activities, principally coordinating between buyers and the sellers. Taking buyers to the site, coordinating the legalities of the sale.Other responsibilities :1. Strategy Sales, Team lead role in Marketing and Business Development for Residential and Commercial Projects .2. Showcase Project Walkthrough to Corporate & Institutional Clients.3. Compare a property with similar properties that have recently sold to determine its competitive market price.4. Building Client relationship, briefing them about our various projects along with arrangements of site visits.5. Lead Generation followups with managers , Follow-ups & Closure with the prospective clients.6. Collecting market information about competitors and latest happenings.7. Good understanding of Branding, Promotions, Online Marketing & Portals of Property.8. Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.9.Accompany buyers during visits to and inspections of property, and advise them on the suitability and value of the property they are visiting.10. Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters11. Excellent skills of communicatio for Channel Sales and Channel Development12. Evaluate mortgage options to help clients obtain financing at the best prevailing rates and terms.13.
