Description: We are looking for a Web Developer for our websites- sarita.in, grihshobha.in, and sarasalil.in. The websites represent three of the most popular Hindi magazines in the country, and publish content on a wide ranging mix of topics such as fiction, politics, social affairs, lifestyle, general entertainment, travel, food and much more. The websites have grown rapidly over the last few years. Collectively, they now have more than 4 million monthly unique visitors and 15 million page views.We are seeking to hire a Web Developer responsible for both back-end and front-end development of CMS, including creating themes and plugins. This position requires a combination of programming skills (namely JavaScript) and aesthetics (understanding element arrangements on the screen, the color and font choices, and so on). The candidate should have a strong understanding of industry trends and content management systems. Experience with the responsive and adaptive design is strongly preferred. Also, an understanding of the entire web development process, including design, development, and deployment is preferred.
