Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:1. Business Development & Sales
    • Generate leads and acquire new NRI clients for life insurance products.
    • Promote and sell life insurance plans suitable for NRIs (term insurance, retirement plans, etc.).
    • Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
    2. Client Relationship Management
    • Build strong relationships with NRI clients through calls, video meetings, and emails.
    • Provide personalized solutions based on client needs and financial goals.
    • Ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
    3. Documentation & Compliance
    • Assist clients with KYC and NRI-specific documentation (passport, visa, NRE/NRO account details).
    • Ensure compliance with IRDAI & FEMA regulations for NRI insurance policies.
    • Coordinate with internal teams for policy issuance and servicing.
    4. Product Advisory & Support
    • Explain policy features, premium payment options, and claim processes to NRI clients.
    • Conduct virtual meetings/presentations to educate clients about insurance products.
    • Follow up on premium payments, renewals, and policy servicing.
    5. Reporting & Coordination
    • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and sales in CRM systems.
    • Report sales performance to regional/state managers.
    • Coordinate with operations, underwriting, and customer support teams.
