    Customer Care Executive Tech Mahindra (Banking Process) Gandhinagar, GujaratLocation: Tech Mahindra Ltd., 19th Floor, QC1 Building, Tower1, Gift City, Gandhinagar, Gujarat 382355 Job Type: FullTime (Fresher/Experienced)Job OverviewTech Mahindra is hiring Customer Care Executives for its Domestic Banking Process at the Gandhinagar (Gift City) location. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or candidates with calling experience who want to build a career in customer service.Job Responsibilities
    • Handle inbound & outbound customer calls.
    • Assist customers and resolve queries over the phone.
    • Maintain professionalism and deliver excellent customer support.
    • Work on rotational processes as per business requirements.
    Eligibility Criteria
    • Age: 18 to 30 years
    • Education: Graduate or Undergraduate (Both accepted)
    • Languages: Basic Hindi & English speaking skills are mandatory.
    • Experience:
      • Freshers eligible
      • Experienced candidates (6 months in customer service) preferred
    Shift TimingsMale Candidates
    • 04:00 PM 02:00 AM
    • 02:00 PM 12:00 AM
    • 01:00 PM 11:00 PM
    • 03:00 PM 01:00 AM
    Female Candidates
    • 07:00 AM 05:00 PM
    • 08:00 AM 06:00 PM
    • 09:00 AM 07:00 PM
    Note: Monthly rotational shifts (10hour shift).Working Days
    • 5 days a week
    • 2 rotational weekly offs (Not necessarily Saturday/Sunday)
