Job Description

    Hiring urgently Finance Specialist male candidate who have experience working for corporate companies.Job Location - Gurgaon.Experience in similar role - 4 to 6 years.Qualification -MBA Fin/ CFA/ CMA/CS/ CA Semi qualified etc.In hand Salary 40 -45kpm.He will be responsible for supporting the financial health of an organization through efficient management of financial operations, reporting, analysis, and compliance. This role involves working closely with accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to ensure strategic financial decisions and smooth daily financial functions.Key Responsibilities:1. Financial Reporting & Analysis:
    • Prepare, analyze, and interpret financial statements and management reports.
    • Conduct variance analysis to monitor budget vs. actuals and provide actionable insights.
    • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for stakeholders.
    2. Budgeting & Forecasting:
    • Assist in creating annual budgets and rolling forecasts in coordination with department heads.
    • Track expenses and revenues, and alert management to budget deviations.
    • Support long-term financial planning and business modeling.
    3. Accounting & Reconciliation:
    • Support day-to-day accounting activities including journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.
    • Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
    4. Compliance & Audit:
    • Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and relevant accounting standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS).
    • Support statutory and internal audits by preparing necessary documentation and schedules.
    • Assist in tax filings, GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
    5. Financial Operations Support:
    • Monitor accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely invoicing and payments.
    • Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal teams on financial matters.
    • Assist with payroll accounting and employee reimbursements if required.
    6. Cash Flow Management:
    • Track cash flow and assist in maintaining optimal liquidity levels.
    • Help manage company banking relationships and monitor fund transfers.
    7. ERP & Software Utilization:
    • Use financial software and ERP systems (like SAP, Tally, Oracle, Zoho) for data entry, reporting, and analysis.
    • Maintain data integrity and security in financial systems.
