Job Description

    Job Title: HR Operations SpecialistReports to: HR ManagerLocation: Gurugram / GurgaonJob Type: Full-timeAbout Us:Recruitment Hub is seeking an experienced HR Operations Specialist to join our Clients team. Were looking for someone who can efficiently manage HR operations, ensure compliance with labor laws, and foster a positive work environment.Responsibilities:*Compliance & Governance* Ensure adherence to POSH policy, taxation laws, PF, ESI, and labor laws. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of statutory requirements and regulations. Conduct audits to ensure compliance.*Employee Relations* Address and resolve employee grievances. Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives. Conduct employee satisfaction surveys.*Payroll & Benefits* Manage payroll processing using Payroll software. Ensure accurate and timely salary disbursement. Administer benefits (leaves, insurance, etc.).*HR Operations* Maintain employee records and database. Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and separations. Develop and implement HR policies.Requirements: 1 - 2 years of experience in HR operations. In-depth knowledge of POSH policy, taxation laws, PF, ESI, and labor laws. Proficiency in payroll software. Excellent communication, problem solving, and analytical skills. Graduate Desirable: Experience with HRIS systems. Knowledge of performance management and employee development.What We Offer: Salary - 4LPA - 5LPA Opportunities for growth.
