Analyst/Associate, Java Developer, Enterprise Data

Job Description

As an Associate Java Developer in the Enterprise Data Business Function at Group Technology and Operations (T&O), you play a crucial role in enabling and empowering the bank with an efficient, nimble, and resilient infrastructure. Your strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability, and innovation is key to managing the majority of the Banks operational processes and delighting our business partners through multiple banking delivery channels.**Roles and Responsibilities:**- Possess 4 to 10 years of experience in Java/Springboot- Demonstrate a good understanding of the microservices framework- Apply cutting-edge technologies and toolchains in big data and machine learning to build a machine learning and analytics platform- Continuously innovate and optimize the machine learning workflow, from data exploration to model experimentation/prototyping and production- Provide engineering solutions and frameworks to support machine learning and data-driven business activities at a large scale- Conduct R&D on new technologies and solutions to enhance the accessibility, scalability, efficiency, and usability of the machine learning and analytics platform**Requirements:**- Experience Level: 3 to 7 Years- Proven experience in functional analysis and design within Java-based applications- Prior experience in Agile methodology is preferred- Excellent troubleshooting and debugging abilities for web applications- Strong communication skills, quick learner, and ability to perform under pressure- Possess good logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills- Expertise with core Java software products, API libraries, frameworks, and J2EE technologies- Strong working knowledge in Java 1.5 and above, with Java 1.8 being a plus- Familiarity with Springboot microservices, Spring (spring integration, spring batch, spring data, spring cloud, spring boot), JPA, Hibernate, MyBatis, Unix/Linux- Understanding of SQL/Database knowledge and performance tuning- Knowledge of messaging systems like JMS, KAFKA- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS, JavaScript (ES6), along with other Front-End Technologies such as jQuery, Bootstrap, ReactJS, AngularJS, VueJS, Node JS (Good to have)- Experience with Responsive Design, Cross-Platform (Web & Mobile), Cross-Browser Environment compatibility, Object-Oriented Design, and Web Services (REST/SOAP)- Experience with web services (Restful/Any web services) consumption- Proficient in Git, Bitbucket, and REST-Based APIs- Familiarity with Web Application Development Frameworks- Experience in working with version control systems like GIT, SVN, and build tools like MavenThis role is based in India-Telangana-Hyderabad at DAH2 Skyview SEZ, and it is a full-time position.
