Application Support Specialist

You will be part of a culture that values your unique viewpoint and fosters continuous improvement, turning ideas into impactful innovations.Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality support to users to enhance customer satisfaction and nurture key customer relationships.- Plan and conduct training courses, offer technical support for LC-MS products, and monitor customer satisfaction through regular interactions with key accounts.- Perform pre-sales demonstrations of Sciex Separations instruments and workflows.- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations at scientific conferences.- Conduct regular trainings and refreshers for sales and service teams, as well as coach junior team members.As an Application Support Specialist at SCIEX, you will:- Conduct pre-sales demonstrations of Sciex Separations equipment.- Provide post-sales support to ensure high customer satisfaction levels.- Deliver training courses and refresher learning sessions to customers.- Offer timely support to users to drive customer satisfaction and retention.- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations at scientific conferences.Qualifications Required:- M. Pharma/ M. Sc (> 5 years of industry experience) / Ph.D. in Pharmacy or Life Sciences (>3 years of experience).- 4-8 years of relevant experience in Lifesciences or related industry, preferably in Bioanalytical/DMPK & analytical research.- In-depth understanding of analytical techniques in research, particularly Liquid Chromatography tandem mass spectrometry.- Highest levels of personal and professional integrity and ethics, with excellent verbal and written English communication skills.- Proven experience in teaching or training the use of separations sciences equipment.Additional Details:SCIEX offers comprehensive benefit programs that enhance your life beyond the job.
