Role Overview:You are sought after to fill the position of Architect - .NET (API Tech Lead) within our team. Your primary responsibility will involve designing, developing, and leading the implementation of scalable API solutions using the .NET stack. As a crucial part of the team, you will be guiding developers, ensuring adherence to best practices, and collaborating closely with stakeholders to deliver high-quality and performant software solutions.Key Responsibilities:- Lead the design and development of RESTful APIs and backend services utilizing C# and ASP.NET Core.- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team, fostering their growth and ensuring adherence to best practices.- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions.- Enforce coding standards, conduct thorough code reviews, and ensure high software quality through automated testing.- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security to deliver high-quality, performant software.- Manage deployment pipelines and CI/CD workflows using tools like Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.- Actively participate in architectural decisions and contribute to the technical roadmap evolution.- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues with a strong focus on root cause analysis.- Keep updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance the teams capabilities continuously.Qualifications Required:- Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Core/.NET 6, and ASP.NET Core.- Extensive experience in building RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.- Experience with Entity Framework Core, LINQ, and SQL (SQL Server or other RDBMS).- Solid understanding of SOLID principles, design patterns, and software architecture best practices.- Proficiency in using version control systems (Git) and CI/CD tools.- Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes (AKS is a plus).- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS (Azure preferred).- 10 years of overall experience, with at least 3 years in a tech lead role.- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
