Assistant Branch Manager I

Job Description

Rentokil PCI is the leading pest control service provider in India, formed in 2017 through a joint venture between Pest Control India and Rentokil. With operations across 250 locations in India, Rentokil PCI aims to set new standards for customer service by sharing best practices, innovations, and digital technologies.- Achieve revenue targets for the base/branch consistently each month.- Ensure profitable business performance and expand Rentokil PCIs services in selected segments.- Implement corporate credit policy within stipulated timelines.- Convert the existing database into business opportunities and seek new business development.- Execute systems and processes to optimize base/branch operations in Operations, Finance, inventory systems, and speed apps.- Identify service gaps, implement continuous monitoring, audits, and improvement plans to prevent recurrences.- Monitor and control costs such as manpower, material consumption, investment, and equipment usage.- Manage general administration of the base/branch according to policies and guidelines.- Collaborate with other functions, conduct regular base/branch meetings to review team performance.Qualifications Required:- Bachelors Degree (or equivalent) in a related area with at least 5 years of Sales & Operations experience.- Excellent individual performer with prior team-handling experience.- Experience in Sales, Operations, and Customer Service.Rentokil PCI offers:- Attractive Base Salary- Annual Performance Based Bonus- Group Mediclaim Insurance Policy- Travel ReimbursementRentokil PCI places emphasis on workplace diversity to create an inclusive environment that embraces individual differences, strengths, and provides opportunities for all colleagues to reach their full potential.
