Job Description

    As an experienced professional with 5 to 9 years of experience in Hyderabad, your role will involve the following key responsibilities:- Statutory Compliance & Regulatory Adherence - Coordinate with external vendors to ensure compliance with local labor laws and tax regulations. - Collaborate with internal and external audit teams for regular reviews and reporting. - Support annual activities such as CTC restructuring due to Mediclaim, Life Insurance renewals, and appraisal cycles.- MIS & Data Reporting- Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination- Process Improvement & Automation - Drive initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and employee experience.In addition to the key responsibilities, you must possess the following mandatory skills & competencies:- Analytical & Reporting Skills: Proficient in data analysis, reporting, and audit preparation.- Communication & Stakeholder Management: Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate across functions and regions.- Confidentiality & Integrity: High ethical standards in handling sensitive employee data.- Exposure to automation tools and digital HR platforms.- Strong project management and self-organization skills.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
