Job Description

    Role Overview:You will be responsible for mentoring teams, enhancing technical and functional skills, and assisting in Global Compliance Management Engagements for clients. Your scope of work will include project management activities such as compliance tracking, governance, financial management, reporting, risk management, and more. Additionally, you will manage program communication, project meetings, financial dashboards, billing, invoicing, and engage with key stakeholders and client experts.Key Responsibilities:- Mentor teams and enhance technical and functional skills- Assist in Global Compliance Management Engagements- Design, mobilize, and execute project management activities- Manage program communication and project meetings- Support creation and analysis of financial dashboards- Handle billing, invoicing, and financial performance of projects- Engage with key stakeholders and client subject matter experts- Manage document and tool managementQualifications Required:- 7 to 10 years of overall work experience in project management in a leading professional services firm- Experience in multi-geography engagements- Experience in managing Global Compliance or Domestic Compliance Management Engagements- Understanding of Tax Return Preparation Lifecycle- Experience in client billing and invoicing- Post-graduate degree, preferably MBA from a reputed institute- PMP Certification (added advantage) Role Overview:You will be responsible for mentoring teams, enhancing technical and functional skills, and assisting in Global Compliance Management Engagements for clients.
