Associate Lead/ Team Lead

Job Description

As an Associate/Team Lead at GlobalLogic, your role involves managing and guiding a team towards achieving operational excellence, meeting SLAs, and ensuring high-quality delivery. You will be responsible for effective communication, experienced in people and process management, handling client interactions, performance management, and process improvements to foster a positive team environment.**Key Responsibilities:**- Lead a team of 60 members (or 20 for Associate Lead) to ensure productivity, engagement, and adherence to processes.- Conduct 1:1s, performance reviews, and quarterly appraisals while mentoring, coaching, and providing constructive feedback.- Handle sensitive situations professionally, make informed decisions, and promote a positive, collaborative work culture.- Ensure SLA compliance across quality, productivity, TAT, shrinkage, attrition, and timely deliverables.- Monitor daily tasks, prioritize work, assign responsibilities, resolve operational challenges, and maintain process reports.- Communicate effectively with clients, conduct team briefings, and act as an escalation point for issues.- Oversee project documentation, track performance metrics, and drive initiatives to improve efficiency and accuracy.- Exhibit strong interpersonal skills, lead under pressure, and foster continuous learning and knowledge sharing.**Qualifications Required:**- Minimum 5 8 years of overall work experience, with at least 2 3 years in team leadership or operations management.- Proven experience in handling operations, client communication, and performance management in GIS/ Mapping domain.- Strong people management and mentoring skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.- Demonstrated proactive decision-making and problem-solving skills.- Must possess any graduation degree (Must have Provisional Certificate & Consolidated Marks Memo).- Must be willing to work from office & in rotational shifts (5 Working Days & 2 Week Offs).- Must be ready to join immediately.At GlobalLogic, you will experience a culture of caring, continuous learning and development opportunities, interesting and meaningful work, balance and flexibility, and a high-trust organization.
