Job Description

Role Overview:As an Associate Level 2 (Core Java Microservices) at Publicis Sapient, you will be responsible for driving and translating the clients business problems into innovative technology solutions. You are expected to work in a product squad and deliver solutions for medium to large-scale clients. Your key impact will involve programming, working with the design team and clients, understanding the clients business domain, and combining technical expertise with problem-solving passion to transform complex ideas into end-to-end solutions that benefit our clients businesses. You will be constantly innovating and evaluating emerging technologies to provide scalable solutions that align with client goals.Key Responsibilities:- Responsible for programming and creating necessary artifacts in collaboration with the design team and clients- Understand the clients business domain and have experience in Digital Business Transformation (DBT) projects- Work closely with clients to deliver innovative solutions that address their business needs- Innovate and evaluate emerging technologies to provide scalable solutions for clients- Choose the appropriate technology stack based on functional and non-functional requirements, client drivers, environment, and feasibilityQualifications:- 3.5 to 5 years of experience in developing microservices in Spring Boot- Hands-on experience in Microservices Architecture, security, transaction, Idempotency, log tracing, distributed caching, monitoring, and containerization- Strong acumen in Data Structures, algorithms, problem-solving, and Logical/Analytical skills- Thorough understanding of OOPS concepts, Design principles, and implementation of Design patterns- Knowledge of Java Memory Management, RDBMS or NO SQL databases, SQL queries, and Messaging brokers like Kafka- Experience in creating RESTful web services, Spring Cloud/Spring Boot, logging frameworks, and writing Junit test cases- Practical experience with Maven/Gradle, version control systems like Git/SVN, and Cloud deployment/developmentSet Yourself Apart With:- Any Cloud Certification- Experience in Distributed computing and building scalable systems- Knowledge in UX areas like ReactJS, NodeJS, Webflux, etc.Education:- Bachelors/Masters Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related fieldIn addition, Publicis Sapient offers a Gender-Neutral Policy, 18 paid holidays throughout the year, Generous parental leave and new parent transition program, Flexible work arrangements, and Employee Assistance Programs to support wellness and well-being.
