Job Description

    As part of the Financial Planning function at PepsiCo, you will play a crucial role in supporting the business with ongoing strategic growth. Your responsibilities will include:- Core planning processes related to Supply Chain Finance, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting of overall business results across COGS, CAPEX, and Asset Strategy.- Collaborating with the transformation of the Supply Chain Finance Planning team.- Partnering with BU SCF Leads and Supply Chain Managers to ensure smooth ongoing operations in the plant.- Providing timely analytical support for SCF BU and Sector, including PBR reporting, Make Cause-of-Change analysis, and ad-hoc requests.- Offering Productivity and Capital reporting and planning processes for given Business Units.- Supporting Costing and Material Ledger Management.- Working on the processes improvement agenda for SCF BU analytics and planning, which includes optimization, standardization, and automation of transitioned processes, along with change management with BUs and Sector SCF stakeholders.Qualifications required for this role:- 6 to 7 years of experience in finance and planning for postgraduates (plant finance role experience) or 4 to 6 years of finance experience for CA/CPA preferred.- Experience in FP&A within FMCG companies, with Supply Chain Finance experience being a plus, along with proficiency in data integrity maintenance and systems such as SAP, Business Objects, and Essbase.- Knowledge of Tableau and strong Excel skills.- Ability to work independently, take initiative, manage multiple time-sensitive priorities, and maintain attention to detail.- Organized in approach and in document maintenance.- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to function effectively in a team environment.- Consistently demonstrating urgency, courtesy, and patience in all interactions.
