Automation Testing - Assistant Manager

Job Description

You should be strong in automation life cycle, planning, and execution. You should be willing to perform a 100% Individual contributor role and work in UK hours (12 PM IST to 9 PM IST / 11 AM IST to 8 PM IST). This role will provide you with the opportunity to work in niche functional areas of Global Markets, and having functional knowledge and experience in Capital markets and similar projects is highly desirable.**Key Responsibilities:**- Must have experience with any one of the Automation Tools UFT, Selenium- Must have experience with VB Script / Java script and ALM- Nice to have experience with LoadRunner, Dynatrace, Python scripting, AWS, and Databricks- Should have good working experience in Agile Scrum and CI/CD based projects- Should demonstrate ownership, good analytical, and quick learning capabilities- Should possess good communication skills and be able to work independently with minimal guidance- Should have strong written & verbal communication skills and experience in writing and reviewing technology documents including user guides- Should have the ability to write documents and emails in a clear and unambiguous way- Should be able to articulate properly the work status and design of the module they are working on- Should have a demonstrated history of being a team player who contributed to the development of team members and project features- Should be ready to learn new technologies and be well versed in SQL Queries or willing to learn it in a short span of time**Qualifications Required:**- Experience in banking and financial services domain is preferred- Experience in securities lending, collateral management applications will be a big plusYou will be part of State Street, which is one of the largest custodian banks, asset managers, and asset intelligence companies globally.
