Job Description

    As a Blinkit Delivery Boy, your primary responsibility will be to pick up grocery and daily-need items from Blinkit dark stores and deliver them safely and quickly to customers. This role requires you to have good navigation skills, make timely deliveries, interact with customers, and ensure order accuracy. Whether you choose part-time or full-time shifts, you will play a crucial role in the delivery process.- Pickup orders from assigned Blinkit dark stores.- Deliver items safely and efficiently to customers addresses.- Verify order details before delivery.- Use the Blinkit delivery app for navigation, status updates, and customer communication.- Collect payments (if Cash on Delivery).- Maintain good behavior and communication with customers.- Follow traffic rules and safety guidelines.- Handle returns or exchange processes when required.- Ensure the vehicle is maintained and fueled/charged regularly.In order to excel in this role, you should possess:- Basic communication skills.- Knowledge of local routes and navigation.- Ability to handle smartphones and apps.- Time management and customer service skills.- Physical fitness for moving items.To be eligible for this position, you need to meet the following criteria:- Age: 18 years or above.- Education: Minimum 10th pass (preferred but not always mandatory).- Valid Driving License (for bike deliveries).- Two-wheeler or cycle (Blinkit may support rental depending on location).- Vehicle insurance and necessary documents.
