In this role as a Business Execution Consultant at Wells Fargo, you will have the opportunity to participate in various business operations to ensure the achievement of business goals and objectives. Your responsibilities will include:- Identifying opportunities for process improvement by conducting root cause testing of all compliance and business metrics- Determining areas of strength or Business Execution opportunities within the defined scope of work- Reviewing and researching strategies and action plans to establish effective processes while meeting performance metrics and policy expectations- Utilizing independent judgment to guide moderate risk deliverables- Presenting recommendations to develop, implement, and monitor strategic approaches, effectiveness of support function, and business performance improvement opportunities for managing risks of the business- Providing work direction to less experienced Strategy and Execution staffRequired Qualifications:- 8 years of relevant industry (Banking/Finance) experience- 4 years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or educationDesired Qualifications:Your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass a range of activities including but not limited to:- Financial management- Resource management- Business reporting and analysis- Equipment and access management- Workspace management- Onboarding/off-boarding- Records management- Service desk and survey support- Operational risk, legal, and regulatory adherence- Vendor management- Business continuity and resiliency planning- Moving the lines- Operational support initiatives- Other core operational functionsWorking Hours: 4:30PM to 2AM ISTOther Desired Qualifications include:- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Advanced business translation skills- Extensive experience and solid knowledge of financial management and resource management- Superior customer services, business consulting, and relationship management skills- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Word), JIRA, and SharePoint site- Demonstrated experience playing a lead role in cross-functional or enterprise-wide teams and developing collaborative working relationships with a variety of constituents- Ability to manage in a matrixed organization and ever-changing environment- Ability to think strategically, implement, and deliver business objectives- Strong process orientation and enforcement- Knowledge and understanding of compiling and preparing executive summaries, whitepapers, dashboards, and presentations for management/senior leaders- Knowledge and understanding of strategic planning and execution- Leadership qualities with high energy, transparency, relationship management, and influencing skillsThe posting end date for this job is 3 Jul 2024.
