Business User Acceptance Testing Manager

Job Description

As a Business UAT Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in building the next generation payments platform and experiences. You will be working as a Product Delivery VP within the Payments team, where your main responsibilities will include executing the roadmap and assisting with automated and manual testing. Your focus will be on collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams, with a specific emphasis on API automation.**Job Responsibilities:**- Document and prepare Test Data, Test Scripts, and Test Cases based on features and integrations.- Partner with testing leads and teams to assist in testing large, visible cross-functional initiatives.- Assist application developers and payment services teams in identifying and resolving problems.- Design, develop, and assist in creating manual test scripts.- Plan and execute application testing with process owners, business and Digital product managers, and development teams.- Provide testing support for large, complex, technology-dependent programs and projects.- Manage defects to monitor and report on defect resolution.**Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:**- 6 years of experience in Quality Assurance Automation Testing within the financial services industry.- Expertise in Automation Testing Frameworks (UDF & Cucumber).- Strong experience in Credit Card Payments, Third Party Wallets, and Tokenization.- Experience in BDD/TDD and test-driven development.- Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle principles and Quality Assurance methodologies in an Agile environment.- Experience in designing functional and regression test plans and executing test scripts in the financial services industry.- Experience conducting Mobile testing using devices and simulators like See Test, Nautilus, and proficiency in maintaining Excel macros using Visual Basic Analysis.**Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:**- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent relevant experience.- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Figma.- Strong time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize work.- Excellent attention to detail and ability to analyze detailed business requirements.As a division of JPMorganChase, a renowned financial institution with over 200 years of history, we offer innovative financial solutions to a wide range of clients.
