Camunda 8 Architect / Senior Architect

Job Description

As a Camunda 8.x Architect / Sr. Architect, your role will involve being hands-on, strong in BPM architecture, and capable of leading technical teams in an Agile delivery model. It is important to note that this position requires proven Camunda 8 implementation experience, specifically excluding Camunda 7, workflow-only, or profiles trained on Camunda.**Experience Required:**- You should have a minimum of 9-14 years of overall IT experience.- At least 3 years of experience working with BPM technologies.- A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Camunda 8.x, including recent implementation work.**Must-Have Skills:**- 8 years of experience in Java / J2EE / Java EE, with proficiency in Java 1.6 and enterprise patterns.- Strong experience in building SOAP & REST APIs.- Hands-on experience with Spring (Core, Boot, Batch, MVC).- Experience with Hibernate / JPA, JMS, Camel, Maven.- Strong RDBMS experience with any major relational database.- Exposure to Camunda or Redhat jBPM implementations.- Understanding of integration frameworks and enterprise architecture.**Nice-to-Have Skills:**- UI development exposure, preferably in React or Angular.**Key Responsibilities:**- Own architecture design and finalization for BPM solutions.- Convert complex business needs into technical architecture and delivery plans.- Finalize requirements with business stakeholders.- Lead solution design, estimation, and implementation planning.- Conduct code/design reviews against business and functional requirements.- Drive versioning, release process, and SCM best practices.- Build reusable components and scalable frameworks.- Mentor dev/support teams and guide execution in Agile delivery.- Work closely with internal and client stakeholders.**Soft Skills Required:**- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.- Confident client-facing leadership abilities.- Ability to lead and mentor small teams in an Agile environment.**Screening Process:**When applying for this position, ensure to include answers to the following questions in the first message:1.
