Job Description

    As a Service Associate in the Hotel/Restaurant/Hospitality industry, your role involves responding to customer inquiries through phone, email, or chat in a timely and accurate manner. You will address and resolve customer complaints professionally to ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will assist customers in placing orders, provide product information, and maintain customer records in the companys database or CRM system.Key Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries: Provide timely and accurate responses to customer queries through phone, email, or chat.- Handle customer complaints: Address and resolve customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner to ensure customer satisfaction.- Process orders: Assist customers in placing orders, updating order status, and coordinating order fulfillment.- Provide product information: Educate customers about products, services, and promotions to help them make informed purchasing decisions.- Maintain customer records: Update and maintain customer information and interactions in the companys database or CRM system.Qualification Required:- Education: 10th Pass- Experience: 0 - 5 YearsAs a Service Associate, you are expected to have excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers, a strong customer service orientation to deliver exceptional service, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team to ensure smooth customer interactions and support. Your problem-solving skills will be essential in analyzing customer needs and providing appropriate solutions, while your attention to detail will help in accurately inputting and updating customer information and orders.Please note that this is a Full-Time position based in India, with the opportunity to work from the office. The company is looking to fill 15 openings for this role. The face interview location is at Viswas Heritage Banjara Apartment, Flat No 302, Panchavathi Colony, Banjara Hills Road No3.
