As an experienced IT professional at a global healthcare biopharma company based in Hyderabad, you will play a crucial role in delivering innovative solutions that save and improve lives around the world. Heres a summary of your role, key responsibilities, and qualifications required:Role Overview:- Actively participate in the Platforms demand management activities such as assessment, prioritization, estimation, and team capacity planning.- Work closely with customers and stakeholders to understand their needs and capture requirements.- Lead technical squads and coordinate end-to-end delivery of specific APIs and integrations.- Collaborate with solution architects, product managers, and other delivery leads to ensure timely and effective solutions for stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:- At least 3 years of experience in delivery orchestration and leadership, with a proven track record of successful IT delivery work.- Minimum 8 years of experience in IT-related positions such as software engineering, product management, or service delivery.- Experience in stakeholder management, leading technical squads, and delivering IT solutions in a larger organization.- Strong project management skills, including planning, estimation, and status tracking.- Proficiency in agile delivery, communication, and understanding of systems and application integration.Qualifications Required:- Technical background is a plus, with experience in solution architecture, cloud computing, or DevOps.- Experience in people or product management and relevant certifications.- High-level knowledge of APIs, integration patterns, and cloud technologies.- Understanding of the pharma industry is beneficial.Additional Company Details:You will be part of Merck & Co., Inc., known as MSD globally, a company with a legacy of inventing medicines and vaccines for challenging diseases.
