As a Senior Consultant in EYs Consulting team specializing in Kinaxis Rapid Response Planning, you will play a crucial role in developing solutions, implementing enhancements, and improving the performance of the Rapid Response application to meet the business requirements of clients. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of a new service offering at a leading global firm like EY.**Key Responsibilities:**- Provide solutions proficiency to analyze and identify gaps, lead solution design, and implement the Rapid Response application- Lead implementation, configurations, testing, training, and documentation activities- Conduct workshops to understand end-to-end business process requirements and propose optimal solutions- Deliver high-quality client solutions that meet or exceed expectations, are delivered on-time and on-budget- Manage client solution delivery, define project approach, monitor risks, and successfully deliver client solutions- Identify new business opportunities, build client relations, and communicate client opportunities to leadership**Skills And Attributes For Success:**- Gather business requirements and lead design discussions with customers and business teams- Work on proposals and RFPs- Analyze business requirements and perform Fit-Gap Analysis- Develop detailed solution designs based on business requirements- Expertise in configuration and testing of Kinaxis Rapid Response planning tool- Assist customer/business teams during UAT phase- Prepare and review project documentations**Qualifications Required:**- In-depth knowledge of demand planning, forecasting, and exposure to various techniques- Experience in supply chain consulting or operations, specifically with Kinaxis Rapid Response- Prior experience in end-to-end demand planning projects using Kinaxis Rapid Response- Understanding of functional and technical architecture, data integration skills, and ERP system integrationThe role ideally requires 4 to 7 years of experience as an SCM planner, experience with Onsite & Offshore delivery models, and engaging with business partners and IT for future state capabilities within the platform.
