Job Description

    You will be responsible for answering inbound calls within the guidelines and goals established by the client and management at Foundever India Pvt Ltd, a world-leading BPO with 60,000 employees worldwide and proficiency in 36 languages. Foundever has been recognized as the number one Contact Center globally by the Black Book of Outsourcing for the second time in a row.Key Responsibilities:- Answer inbound calls following established guidelines and goals- Consistently achieve call quality goals to meet client and customer satisfaction objectives- Provide Technical Support to International Customers- Must have strong Technical Knowledge in Hardware, Software, and networking ConceptsQualifications Required:- Age: 18 years to 35 years- Maximum Qualification: Graduates (Undergrads can be considered but should not be regular college students)- Exceptional Spoken skills in English- Shifts: Rotational shifts (Should be comfortable to work in all shifts)- Ability to work in US Rotational Shifts- Excellent Communication skills in English- Bachelors in a related field is preferredAdditional Details:Candidates applying for this position should be willing to work from the office. The selected candidates should be able to join ASAP and have all documents handy for background verification. Call Center experience is a plus.Foundever offers a dynamic work environment with 5 days working schedule and multiple rounds of interviews including JAM, HR, Voice and Accent, Tech Test, and Operations Round.
