Job Description

    Role Overview:As a Human Resources Business Partner at Visy, you will be responsible for providing strategic People & Culture support to an assigned business unit or portfolio. Your role will involve partnering closely with senior leaders to deliver people strategies that support business objectives, strengthen leadership capability, and enhance employee experience, all while aligning with company values and the P&C vision.Key Responsibilities:- Act as a trusted HR advisor to senior leaders and business stakeholders.- Develop and implement short- and long-term people strategies aligned with business goals.- Drive initiatives that promote engagement, performance, and a positive workplace culture.- Lead and support annual HR processes including performance management, engagement surveys, compensation planning, and talent reviews.- Partner with central P&C teams to ensure consistent and effective HR service delivery.- Support succession planning, talent mapping, and development planning across the business unit.- Advise leaders on performance management, employee relations, and talent development.- Lead HR support for change initiatives such as restructures, new site setups, and acquisitions.- Support workforce planning and recruitment strategies to meet business needs.- Ensure smooth people integration during business changes and growth initiatives.- Analyse people data and metrics including engagement, turnover, absenteeism, and workforce costs.- Drive continuous improvement through data-driven people initiatives.- Develop and present business cases for people initiatives.- Track outcomes and demonstrate impact on business performance.- Balancing competing priorities in a fast-changing business environment.- Driving consistent people practices while addressing individual business unit needs.Qualifications Required:- Minimum 5 years experience in HR / People & Culture Business Partnering.- Strong knowledge of HR processes across the employee lifecycle.- Sound understanding of employment legislation and compliance.- Demonstrates commitment to company values and contributes positively to culture and long-term success.- Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.- Postgraduate qualification (preferred).- Strong coaching and influencing skills.- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret people data.- Solid prioritization and workload management skills.- Good understanding of HR systems and tools.
