ERP Project Manager- Night Shift (Hyderabad)

Job Description

You will play a crucial role as a Project Manager at Oracle NetSuite by managing the delivery of Oracle NetSuite Professional Services implementations. Your responsibility will be to ensure the successful delivery of Professional Services engagements while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels. You will be leading, tracking, and communicating project progress, as well as managing multiple concurrent projects within a matrix environment. Your dedication to setting and managing customer expectations, mitigating risks, and resolving issues will be key to your success in this role.**Key Responsibilities:**- Be customer-focused and strive to provide an excellent customer experience consistently.- Maintain and strengthen client relationships by delivering exceptional results.- Manage 10 concurrent projects following the Oracle NetSuite delivery methodology.- Plan, execute, and communicate project progress, ensuring milestone achievement and momentum.- Identify and mitigate risks effectively.- Resolve issues and roadblocks promptly and advance when necessary.- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including project sponsors, managers, and team members.- Manage project scope, budget, timeline, resources, quality, and customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.- Communicate efficiently with remote resources in a matrix environment, including offshore teams.- Forecast and deliver against committed project hours accurately.- Stay updated on internal processes and procedures, ensuring compliance.- Support the Sales cycle by scoping Professional Services engagements, engaging in prospect meetings, and presenting the value of NetSuite Professional Services.- Assist in expanding Professional Services Sales with existing customers.- Work within the shift range from 6 pm to 3 am IST.**Qualifications/Skills:**- Exceptional client-facing skills with a history of building strong relationships.- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, adapting quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including delivering presentations and managing meetings effectively.- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.- Proficiency in blocking issue management.- Demonstrates thoughtfulness and excellent judgement in project management.- Ability to work independently with minimal guidance and take ownership of tasks.- Strong teamwork skills and commitment to team success.- Proactive, results-oriented, and meets critical deadlines with a positive attitude.- Solid background in project management, including developing work-breakdown structures and project plans.- Experience with Oracle NetSuite applications and ERP implementation principles.- Formal Project Management methodology training is preferred.- 8-10 years of relevant experience, including 0-5 years of project management experience.- PBCS and/or Hyperion solution experience is a plus.Please note that the above description is for a Project Manager role at Oracle NetSuite.
