Job Description

    As an Engineer on the User Access Management team at Macquarie, you will play a crucial role in developing and supporting IAM features with SailPoint. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to deliver cutting-edge identity and access management solutions using modern technologies.Key Responsibilities:- Develop robust, scalable, and efficient solutions to facilitate the development of standardized role profiles with auto-provisioning and revocation of user access.- Utilize analytical thinking to create solutions that ensure 100% audit compliance.- Collaborate with key stakeholders to investigate issues, analyze defects, implement solutions, drive improvements, and offer guidance for building automated solutions.Qualifications Required:- 4 to 9 years of IT experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ implementation.- Proficiency in core Java development and the capability to analyze functional requirements and translate them into solution designs.- Experience in SailPoint IIQ customization, particularly in the creation and enhancement of workflows, custom rules, provisioning, and configuration of IIQ objects.- Strong understanding of the Agile development lifecycle and Scrum methodology.- Familiarity with cloud technologies and a grasp of Java Development is beneficial, along with experience in continuous integration and knowledge of relevant tools (e.g., Bitbucket, Bamboo, Jira, Confluence).As a global financial services group operating in 31 markets with 56 years of unbroken profitability, Macquarie is committed to bringing together diverse individuals and empowering them to create various possibilities.
