Job Description

    **Role Overview:**As a member of the KPMG in India team, you will be responsible for delivering Business Credit Officer (BCO) tasks in alignment with agreed Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). You will play a crucial role in supporting the end-to-end Credit & Capital Management servicing journey to ensure a smooth and efficient process for both customers and internal stakeholders. Additionally, you will assist the Relationship Manager with credit analysis and the timely submission of credit proposals for facilities for existing and prospective clients. Your proactive approach in managing the credit quality of the supported portfolio, adhering to policies and regulatory standards, and participating in strategic initiatives will be essential in minimizing risks and ensuring high-quality standards.**Key Responsibilities:**- Deliver BCO tasks in line with agreed OKRs, SLAs, and KPIs- Support the end-to-end Credit & Capital Management servicing journey- Assist Relationship Manager with credit analysis and timely submission of credit proposals- Liaise with relevant teams for preparation of facility letter and internal security documents- Manage credit quality of the supported portfolio and ensure compliance with covenants- Proactively suggest improvements in process workflows- Implement Group Compliance Policy and adhere to operational risk controls- Stay updated on FIM guidelines and credit policies- Analyze Wholesale portfolio exposure for Thermal Coal Phase Out Policy applicability- Perform risk assessments of counterparties for climate-related risks- Conduct research and analysis on Wholesale counterparties data and trends- Validate industry/sub-sector of Wholesale portfolio for Climate Aligned Finance sectoral value chain**Qualifications Required:**- Post Graduation in Management/Finance/Economics or equivalent- Capital markets certifications would be an added advantage- 0 to 6 years of relevant experience- Good understanding of financing instruments, banking products, financial principles, and ESG policies- Knowledge of risk management principles and practices- Comprehensive understanding of the financial sector and latest developments- Basic knowledge of FX, Derivatives, and Treasury Products- Proficiency in Excel and Word, with database skills as an advantage- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders(Note: Equal employment opportunity information and additional company details have been omitted from the Job Description) **Role Overview:**As a member of the KPMG in India team, you will be responsible for delivering Business Credit Officer (BCO) tasks in alignment with agreed Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
