Job Description

    As an AR Caller in the medical billing domain at our company, your role involves following up with payers to check on claim status and identifying denial reasons to work on resolutions. You will be responsible for saving claims from getting written off by timely follow-ups. It is essential to have sound knowledge of working on billing scrubbers, making edits, and handling contractual adjustments & write-off projects. Your performance will be measured based on your cash collected/resolution rate. Strong calling skills, probing skills, and denials understanding are required for this role.Preferred Candidate Profile:- Minimum 7 months of experience in the Medical Billing Domain as an AR Caller- Proficiency in Denial Management- Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and ICD & CPT codes used in denials- Ability to interact positively with team members, peer groups, and seniorsAdditional Company Details:Our company operates in the medical billing domain of the US healthcare industry. The shift timing for this role is from 6 pm to 3 am (night shift) with 5 working days and a fixed weekend off.
