Job Description

    Job Role- Service ENgineerKey Responsibilities
    • Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot CCTV and E-Surveillance systems at customer sites.
    • Handle installation and servicing of IP cameras, DVR/NVR, network switches, routers, and related surveillance equipment.
    • Diagnose and resolve CCTV camera, recording, connectivity, power, and network-related issues.
    • Configure IP addresses, network connectivity, remote viewing, and basic networking requirements.
    • Conduct preventive maintenance and periodic inspection of surveillance systems.
    • Attend customer complaints and service calls within the assigned timeline.
    Required Technical Skills
    • Good knowledge of CCTV and E-Surveillance systems.
    • Knowledge of IP cameras, DVR/NVR, CCTV cabling, and surveillance accessories.
