Job Description

    Consumer Sales Advocate Microsoft ProductsExperience: 1 YearCTC: Up to 5.5 LPAProcess: Consumer Sales Voice & ChatFunction: Telesales / Presales / Consumer SalesRole PurposeAct as the first point of contact for consumer customers engaging through Microsoft consumer channels. Understand customer requirements, identify sales opportunities, recommend suitable Microsoft hardware and software solutions, handle objections and drive successful sales conversions while delivering an excellent customer experience.Key Responsibilities
    • Handle inbound voice and chat interactions professionally and confidently.
    • Understand customer requirements and identify appropriate sales opportunities.
    • Recommend and sell Microsoft hardware, software and consumer solutions based on customer needs.
    • Explain product features, benefits, pricing and value propositions effectively.
    • Handle customer objections and use consultative selling techniques to close sales.
    • Build strong customer rapport and establish trusted-advisor credibility.
    • Schedule follow-ups based on customer purchase intent and maintain clear next steps.
    • Maintain accurate customer and sales information in CRM / sales tools.
    • Capture Voice of Customer and Voice of Business feedback.
    • Consistently achieve assigned sales, conversion, revenue and quality targets.
    Required Skills & Experience
    • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, telesales, presales, inside sales or consumer sales.
    • Strong sales orientation with a proven ability to identify opportunities and close sales.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Typing speed of approximately 30 WPM or above.
    • Good understanding of CRM / sales applications and tools.
    • Exposure to Microsoft products, hardware solutions and consumer technology is preferred.
    • Ability to understand customer needs, ask probing questions and recommend suitable solutions.
    • Strong objection-handling, negotiation and closing skills.
    • Customer-centric approach with the ability to build rapport quickly.
    • Comfortable working in a target-driven sales environment.
    Preferred Skills
    • Experience in consumer electronics, technology, hardware, software or 3C products.
    • Previous experience in an international / premium consumer sales process.
    • Knowledge of Microsoft products and competing hardware/software solutions.
    • Strong achievement orientation and willingness to work toward incentive-linked targets.
    • Ability to manage multiple customer interactions and follow-ups effectively.
