Job Description

    • Handle inbound customer calls related to banking products and services.
    • Resolve customer queries regarding accounts, transactions, cards, payments and banking services.
    • Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions within defined TAT/SLA.
    • Handle customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team.
    • Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions.
    • Follow banking, KYC, compliance and data-security procedures.
    • Maintain required quality, productivity and customer satisfaction standards.
    • Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.
    • Ensure professional and courteous communication with customers.
    Candidate Requirements
    • Graduate / 12th pass depending on process requirements.
    • Excellent English communication skills.
    • Good customer-handling and interpersonal skills.
    • Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.
    • Banking, BPO, customer service, financial services or call-centre experience is preferred.
    • Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends, depending on process requirements.
    • Candidates should be comfortable working from Bengaluru or Hyderabad.
