Job Description

    You will be working as a Finance Process & Ops Analyst at Accenture, a global professional services company with expertise in digital, cloud, and security solutions across 40 industries. Your primary responsibility will be to support the Finance Operations vertical by collecting operational data, conducting analysis, and reconciling transactions to determine financial outcomes. Your key tasks will include financial planning, reporting, variance analysis, budgeting, and forecasting to aid in making critical business decisions and ensuring the companys financial well-being.**Roles and Responsibilities:**- Analyze and solve lower-complexity problems- Interact with peers within Accenture for updates before reporting to supervisors- Limited exposure to clients and/or Accenture management- Receive moderate-level instruction for daily tasks and detailed guidance for new assignments- Make decisions that impact your work and potentially others- Work as an individual contributor within a team with a specific scope of work- May require working in rotational shifts**Qualifications:**- Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) or Chartered Accountant or Master of Financial Management- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)Please note that this role at Accenture may involve working in rotational shifts.
