Job Description

    As an Associate 2 at the investment company, your role is crucial in providing end-to-end support to clients for the timely completion of financial statements within strict deadlines. You will be working in shifts that allow for overlap with US, APAC, and EMEA hours to facilitate training, practice, and feedback.**Key Responsibilities:**- Prepare private equity and hedge fund financial statements following relevant GAAP and regulatory standards- Clear comments, assist with drafts, and support distribution to clients and auditors- Ensure accurate completion of all deliverables within agreed-upon timelines- Assist in the preparation, self-review, and delivery of services- Meet deadlines, manage time effectively, and escalate issues when necessary- Complete and sign off on all SOPs and checklists accurately- Utilize automation and technology efficiently- Volunteer for ad-hoc projects, handle last-minute requests, and provide on-the-job training**Qualifications Required:**- Bachelors Degree in Commerce/Economics with a specialization in Business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience preferred- Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word) with strong problem-solving and analytical skills- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time management abilities- 1-3 years of experience in a related accounting or finance field preferredState Street is a renowned custodian bank, asset manager, and asset intelligence company globally.
