As an Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Lead at Oracle Customer Success Services, you will play a crucial role in providing dedicated support to a wide range of customers across various countries. Your responsibilities will involve working closely with customers to understand their unique requirements and business goals, and helping them embrace the right technology to shape their future and achieve more. Here is a breakdown of your role:Key Responsibilities:- Provide excellence in customer service support, diagnosis, replication, and resolution of complex and critical service requests related to Oracle Cloud HCM applications.- Work directly with customers to advise on complex use of Oracle products, resolve highly complex and mission-critical issues, and serve as a Situation Manager on sensitive matters.- Engage in formal mentoring to promote the functional and professional development of others, as well as create and review Knowledge Articles.- Troubleshoot and resolve highly complex techno-functional problems on a daily basis, leveraging your high level of skills in Oracle products and problem-solving abilities.- Conduct training and knowledge-sharing sessions, and interact directly with customers to address their needs effectively.- Stay abreast of emerging business models, processes, applications, product solutions, and technology features to deliver value to customers consistently.Qualifications Required:- Must have a professional qualification in BE/B Tech/MCA/MSc (Comp Science).- Possess 12 to 20 years of IT experience with at least 8 years of Fusion experience and remaining years of HRMS domain experience in Oracle EBS.- Strong expertise in Fusion HCM Functional (80% Functional 20% Technical), with hands-on experience in Core HR, ORC, Compensation, Learning, Absence, Payroll, Time and Labor, Benefits, and Talent Management modules.- Excellent skills in SQL, PLSQL, OTBI/BIP reports, FBDI, ADFDI, BPM workflows, ADF Faces, BI Extract for FTP, Integration, and Personalization.- Demonstrated ability in problem-solving, customer interaction, and service orientation.- Proven track record in operations management, innovation orientation, team collaboration, and continuous learning.- Strong communication, project/stakeholder/team management, and documentation skills.By embracing this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of customers, contribute to the success of Oracles Cloud solutions, and grow both professionally and personally within a supportive and inclusive work environment.
