As a Product Manager at Google, you will play a crucial role in guiding products from conception to launch by connecting the technical and business worlds. Your focus will be on driving initiatives that accelerate the product strategy through Artificial Intelligence (AI) to enhance customer experience and drive cost savings.**Key Responsibilities:**- Define and execute a multi-year product goal focused on leveraging Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML) to solve advertiser issues and improve collaboration between Googles Business and Support teams.- Utilize data and user insights to make informed decisions regarding the product roadmap.- Collaborate with engineering teams to translate product goals into technical specifications and AI/ML solutions.- Advocate for users by understanding their problems and developing innovative solutions.- Establish domain expertise on advertiser tests and support, understanding how advertisers derive value from Google Ads.- Communicate the value proposition of solutions to stakeholders across Customer Experience (CE), Ads, Google Business Operations, and Support leadership.**Qualifications Required:**- Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience.- 10 years of experience in product management or a related technical role.- 5 years of experience in taking technical products from conception to launch.- 5 years of experience in people management, with a focus on technical leadership.**Preferred Qualifications:**- Masters degree in a technology or business-related field.- 7 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, User Experience/User Interface (UX/UI), business finance, and other stakeholders.- 7 years of experience in a business function role (e.g., strategic marketing, business operations, consulting).- Experience with the Google Ads ecosystem and advertiser needs.- Experience in applying AI/ML with Generative AI or Large Language Models to solve business or user problems in areas like customer support, business enablement, workflow automation, or policy issues.This role at Google offers you the opportunity to be part of a dynamic team that drives product innovation and transformation, ultimately shaping the future of technology and user experience.
