As the Head of Analytics & Insights for Community Operations in APAC at Uber, your role is crucial in leading a dynamic team of data analysts to drive data-driven decision-making across diverse and complex regions. Your strategic vision, technical expertise, and operational execution will greatly impact Ubers growth and success in APAC and globally.**Key Responsibilities:**- Set the analytic vision for Community Operations in APAC and translate it into specific projects and objectives- Lead a large team of managers and analysts, identifying and growing analytic talent- Partner with regional and global leadership to enhance user experience and organizational efficiency- Evaluate the impact of changes in product features, service models, and support operations using data-driven methods- Coordinate with senior business stakeholders to prioritize analytic work to achieve short- and long-term goals**Qualifications Required:**- 8 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, data engineering, or a similar role, with 1-2 years as an individual contributor- 3 years of experience in managing a team- BA/BS/Masters in Economics, Business, Engineering, Operations Research, or other quantitative focus- Basic proficiency with SQL queries and data visualization tools- Experience with Python/R and presenting to senior leaders- Exceptional business acumen and experience leading high visibility projects in a cross-functional team environmentAbout The Company: Uber is committed to providing high-quality service executed in the smartest, most efficient way.
