Job Description

    As an HR Business Partner at Experian Hyderabad, you will be an essential part of shaping a high-performance culture in a dynamic and evolving business environment. Your responsibilities will include:- Providing HR consultation and guidance in people strategy, change management, and leadership development- Collaborating with functional HR experts across various regions to address specific business needs and projects- Tailoring HR solutions to meet the unique requirements of business leaders- Implementing HR policies and practices to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, while fostering a positive work environment aligned with organizational goals- Offering support to People Leaders on talent management, performance evaluation, and employee relations- Analyzing HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, aligning HR initiatives with overall business performance goals- Serving as a bridge between HR and other departments to facilitate effective implementation of HR policies and practices- Managing projects related to organizational development initiativesQualifications required for this role include:- MBA or equivalent degree with a minimum of 6 years of experience in HR- Strong problem-solving skills and resilience to drive positive outcomes- Ability to juggle multiple expectations and projects simultaneouslyIf you have a disability or special accommodation needs, please inform us at the earliest opportunity.Please note that this is a full-time position with the possibility of remote work.
