HR Manager - Talent Acquisition & Operations

Job Description

You will be joining ADB Safegate, a market leader in Airfield Solutions with a global presence in 2,300 airports and 40 offices worldwide. ADB Safegate is establishing ADB Safegate India Labs in Hyderabad, India, its latest software development hub. As part of this dynamic team, you will have the opportunity to work on innovative software solutions that support airport operations across various areas such as Airfield, Apron, Terminal, Tower, and Weather solutions.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Talent Acquisition:** - Hire 30-50 engineers (frontend, backend, full-stack, architects, managers) in 9 months, including key management profiles. - Manage 3-4 recruitment agencies, job portals, referral program, campus hiring. - Screen 100-150 candidates per week and maintain an active pipeline. - Achieve a 70% offer acceptance rate and aim for a time-to-hire of fewer than 21 days.- **HR Operations:** - Establish complete HR compliance (PF, ESI, PT, labor laws) and lay the foundation for HR operations from scratch. - Coordinate payroll processing and consider bringing it in-house. - Maintain compensation benchmarks specific to the Hyderabad market. - Draft employment contracts, manage the employee lifecycle, and focus on building the employer brand.**Qualifications Required:**- 5-10 years of experience in HR, with a minimum of 3 years in tech/engineering recruitment.- Proven experience in building a Global capability centre/engineering hub or startup from 0-50 employees.- Demonstrated success in hiring 30 engineers across all seniority levels and deep knowledge of Indian labor laws.- Familiarity with managing recruitment agencies, job portals, and multi-channel sourcing.- Strong leadership and mentoring skills, excellent communication abilities in English, and adaptability to diverse team environments.- Prior experience in the Hyderabad market and working with teams across different time zones is preferred.If you are looking for an opportunity to be the driving force behind building HR operations for a new development hub, this role at ADB Safegate is for you.
