As an Infrastructure Manager at CGI, you will be responsible for overseeing large-scale environments, with a focus on the Financial Industry. Your role will involve interfacing with all levels of management and utilizing your deep knowledge of network protocols, security, cloud computing, and infrastructure management. Additionally, you will be expected to demonstrate strong soft skills such as project management, strategic planning, vendor management, and excellent communication skills.Key Responsibilities:- Possess 15-18 years of experience in large-scale environments, with experience in the Financial Industry considered a plus- Demonstrate expertise in network protocols, security, cloud computing, and infrastructure management- Exhibit soft skills including project management, strategic planning, vendor management, and excellent communication skills- Showcase strong ITIL experience and knowledge, with ITIL certification being a plus- Display a professional and positive demeanor- Engage in performance management and staff development- Demonstrate independent thinking and decision-making abilities- Collaborate effectively with team members- Utilize knowledge of computer operating systems, hardware, and software- Apply complex problem-solving skills- Provide strong customer service- Utilize network monitoring tools such as Thousand Eyes, Entuity, BigPanda, and DynatraceQualifications:- Bachelors degree in computer science or a related field with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience- ITIL certification is a plusAbout CGI:Founded in 1976, CGI is a leading independent IT and business consulting services firm with a global presence.
