IT Project Management Lead Analyst

Job Description

As a Program Management Lead Analyst at Evernorth Health Services, you will work independently and collaboratively with colleagues, leadership, and matrixed business partners to ensure the successful governance processes associated with technology project delivery for the Finance Technology organizations supporting a multi-year technology modernization project.**Responsibilities:**- Create content for Kick off meetings and other communication materials- Manage documentation on SharePoint and other project tools (Jira/Confluence)- Collaborate with Project Managers and workstream leads to create, maintain, and monitor project plans- Support cutover and transition planning- Execute/administer program and governance management processes- Develop governance committee materials and broad communication materials- Support Hypercare periods and performance monitoring- Address stakeholder inquiries regarding governance committee processes and outcomes- Assist leadership in administrative and management activities**Education:**- Bachelors degree in Business Administration with IT, Finance, or HR**Required Qualifications:**- 5 to 8 years of experience in oversight- Excellent presentation skills with Microsoft PowerPoint- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook- Ability to work with SharePoint and Confluence- Conflict resolution skills and ability to work with limited information- Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills- Technical background in Cloud, AI, Databases, and Infrastructure- Analytical, team player, resourceful, and effective under pressure- Precise communication skills and strong problem-solving abilities**Preferred Qualifications:**- Experience in supporting complex projects- Proficiency in Agile delivery methodology- Familiarity with Microsoft Suite, Agile, Jira, SaviyntIn your role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the success of technology project delivery and governance processes.
