Job Description

    As an experienced Java Developer, your role will involve designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance, scalable backend applications. You will utilize your expertise in Java technologies, system design, and enterprise application development to deliver robust solutions supporting business-critical systems.Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java. Build scalable and high-performance backend services and APIs. Participate in system design, architecture discussions, and technical decision-making. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices. Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards. Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, QA, and DevOps. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex production issues. Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and tools.Required Skills & Qualifications: 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience in Java application development. Strong proficiency in Core Java, Java 8, and object-oriented programming. Experience with Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and Hibernate/JPA. Solid understanding of RESTful API development and microservices architecture. Experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle). Familiarity with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra) is a plus.
