Laptop Service Technician (Field)

Job Description

As a Laptop Service Technician, your role involves traveling to client locations to perform on-site laptop repairs. You will be responsible for replacing defective or damaged laptop components such as motherboards, SSDs, RAM, and other parts. Your attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively with clients are essential for providing timely solutions. Maintaining a clean work area and documenting all repairs performed are also key aspects of your job.Key Responsibilities:- Travel to client locations to perform on-site laptop repairs.- Replace defective or damaged laptop components, including motherboards, SSDs, RAM, and other parts.- Ensure all replaced parts function correctly and the laptop operates smoothly.- Maintain a clean and organized work area at client sites.- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their issues and provide timely solutions.- Document all repairs and services performed for record-keeping and reporting purposes.Qualifications Required:- Basic understanding of laptop hardware components and repair techniques.- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Good communication skills for interacting with clients.- Valid drivers license and Two-wheeler is a must.In addition to the technical responsibilities, you will be expected to work full-time in a day shift schedule at the clients location. The salary range for this position is Rs. 16,000 to Rs. 22,000 based on your skills, experience, and interview performance. This position requires any degree/diploma/PUC/12th/10th pass with the preference for male candidates. Performance bonuses may also be included based on your performance.
