Lead FullStack Developer (Java & ReactJS) - Manager

In this role at State Street, you will be responsible for analyzing and developing solutions to client needs as a developer within a team following the agile development approach. You will design and develop integration solutions/services, conduct design and code reviews, and represent the team on all major technical upgrades and large technical efforts. Your role will involve managing your efforts within the agile team and outside agile to ensure tasks are completed successfully by deadlines. You will need to understand user needs, provide options for solutions, and lead and deliver in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:- Analyze and develop solutions to client needs within a team following agile development approach- Design and develop integration solutions/services- Conduct design and code reviews to ensure coding best practices are met- Represent the team on major technical upgrades and large technical efforts- Manage efforts within the agile team and outside agile to ensure successful completion of tasks- Understand user needs and propose solution options- Lead and deliver in a fast-paced environment- Bring innovation in product and process- Continuously improve domain/technical skills in the team- Balance project management duties with technical duties- Resolve conflicts and motivate the team for better performance- Lead and drive global teams- Implement managements vision- Provide architectural leadership for front to back technology solutions with microservices based architectureQualifications Required:- Excellent trouble-shooting and problem-solving skills with a passion for engineering- Hands-on experience and willingness to code and contribute as a software lead- 10-14 years experience with excellent skills in Java8, Spring Boot, and related frameworks- Proficiency in React.js, JavaScript (ES6), HTML5, and CSS3- Experience with dashboard frameworks and data visualization libraries (e.g., D3.js, Chart.js, Recharts)- Hands-on experience with drag-and-drop libraries (e.g., React DnD, React Beautiful DnD)- Familiarity with state management tools like Redux or Context API- Experience in distributed application architecture and deployment- Experience in API building- Good understanding of SPAs/JS Frameworks- Experience in Testing methodology, processes, tools, and frameworks- Exposure to containers/CI-CD and orchestration frameworks/tools- Understanding of 12 factors apps and microservice architectures- Good to have experience in Finance/Capital Markets domain- Good to have exposure to ELK framework, Splunk, etc.About State Street:State Street is one of the largest custodian banks, asset managers, and asset intelligence companies globally.
