Lead Software Engineer

Job Description

As an Architect at our company, your role will involve architecting and designing a ground up cloud native SaaS product in Transportation management and micro-fulfillment using technologies such as Java, Springboot, ReactJs, NodeJS, Gradle, GIT, Hibernate, Rest API, OAuth, Kubernetes, Kafka, Elasticsearch, Ignite, Apache Spark, NOSQL, RDBMS, Jenkins, App Dynamics, Splunk, and more.Key Responsibilities:- Drive designs discussion and come up with robust and efficient designs to achieve features in the product roadmap.- Design services to be self-healing and offer self-service capabilities from the ground up to minimize manual intervention.- Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize service selection and usage to minimize costs for derived products.- Take complete responsibility for the features developed from coding till deployments.- Mentor new and junior associates in the team by offering training sessions.- Introduce new technology and tools for the betterment of the product.- Evolve the hiring culture in the team and actively shape job openings to meet foreseeable requirements.Qualifications Required:- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related specialization with 7 to 10 years of software development experience.- Strong programming experience in Enterprise Java and hands-on development skills.- Demonstrable experience with microservices based architecture on Cloud.- Experience in designing, building, deploying, and maintaining enterprise cloud solutions in AWS, Azure, or GCP.- Experience with Event driven architecture using Kafka, Spark, or similar technologies.- Thorough knowledge and interest in Cloud native architecture, Distributed micro-services, Multi-tenant SaaS solution, and Cloud Scalability.- Experience with API management platforms, providing/consuming RESTful APIs, and varied tools such as Spring Boot, OAuth, REST, GraphQL, Hibernate, NoSQL, RDBMS, Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, and React.- Experience with DevOps, Infrastructure as Code, and infrastructure automation.
