Lead Systems Operations Engineer - Technology Major Incident Commander

In this role as the Technology Major Incident Commander at Wells Fargo, you will act as an Incident Commander to drive the resolution of incidents with reputational, regulatory, compliance, customer, or business impact that require an immediate coordinated response and timely communications. You will lead the resolution of complex technical issues and initiatives related to large-scale applications, systems, databases, or other technical products and services. Your partnership with Platform and Business teams will be crucial in driving resolution activities. You will have the opportunity to identify opportunities for process improvements within technical support strategies and plans, contributing to increased system efficiencies and reduced human intervention time on related tasks.**Key Responsibilities:**- Lead a team to meet technical deliverables while leveraging a solid understanding of technical process controls or standards- Translate advanced technology experience and in-depth knowledge of the organizations tactical and strategic business objectives into technical engineering solutions- Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership on implementing innovative business solutions- Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies, recommending innovations that enhance operations or provide a competitive advantage- Strategically engage with professionals and managers across the enterprise, serving as an expert advisor to leadership**Qualifications Required:**- 12 years of overall experience in Technology Operations- 5 years of Systems Engineering, Technology Architecture experience, or equivalent- 3 years of experience in complex issue resolution- 2 years of experience in technology delivery and relationship management with small and large business units in a large corporate environmentAt Wells Fargo, we value diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
