LIMS Labware Support(L2/L3)

Job Description

As a LIMS Labware Specialist with 7 to 10 years of experience, your role will involve leading and supporting LabWare LIMS development, upgrades, and implementation projects at levels L2/L3. You will work with LabWare v6, v7, v8 modules such as Product, LOT, EM, Stability, Lab Station, Inventory, and Sample Management. Your expertise will be required in LabWare ELN and Method Execution modules (v7). Additionally, you will troubleshoot and resolve performance issues, conduct system and application log analysis, manage stakeholders, vendors, and IT engineering teams effectively, handle escalations, and ensure timely resolution aligned with business needs.Key Responsibilities:- Lead and support(L2/L3) LabWare LIMS development, upgrades, and implementation projects.- Work across LabWare v6, v7, v8 modules including Product, LOT, EM, Stability, Lab Station, Inventory, and Sample Management.- Provide expertise in LabWare ELN and Method Execution modules (v7).- Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues; conduct system and application log analysis.- Manage stakeholders, vendors, and IT engineering teams effectively.- Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution aligned with business needs.Required Skills:- Strong hands-on experience in LIMS Basic coding, debugging, and Crystal Reports configuration/enhancement.- Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and understanding of SDLC, ITIL, and Change Management processes.- Experience with TrackWise CAPA, Investigations, and document tools like Documentum, HP ALM.- Familiarity with ServiceNow (SNOW) for ticketing and report customization.- Ability to create Pharma domain-specific SOPs, Work Instructions, and ensure 21 CFR Part 11 compliance.- Excellent communication skills and flexibility to work across global time zones.
